Because contributions are made voluntarily to support the mission, programs, or events of the organization, refunds are not typically issued.
However, refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
To request a refund, the donor must contact the organization directly within
7–10 business days of the transaction. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If approved, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please note that processing fees may not be refundable.
