What happens after the first year?
After your first 12 months, your account will automatically transition to our Grow Plan at $49/month. We'll notify you 30 days before this transition happens. You can also choose to stay on a limited free tier if your growth is slower than expected.
Do I need a 501(c)(3) status to apply?
No, a 501(c)(3) status is not required to apply. We work with churches, nonprofits, ministries, and other mission-driven organizations. Each application is reviewed to confirm the organization is a good fit for the platform.
Can I import donor data from another system?
Yes, donor data can be imported from another system. You can transfer details like donor names, contact information, and giving history to make the switch easier and keep your records organized.
